I hired tammy to fill a chimney pipe in my basement with concrete. Instead she filled the clay chimney pipe with a foam and topped it off with less than an inch of concrete. I was unaware of this and I attempted to contact her because I found out that the material used to secure the clay pipe was some sort of plaster. (We had to removed brick to discover this because it was leaking).
