We had an issue at our business location. We called Thiel and he happened to be nearly us so he came by within 30 minutes to see what our problem was. He quickly assessed the the problem and gave us a solution and price within minutes. He ordered needed materials and the next week had our issues fixed. I would give 10 stars of I could. His team was friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommended
Extremely pleased with William and company. I've used many A/C companies in the area and surrounding areas and Don't fall for those companies with flashy vans and been in business for years, because most are trying to take your money. Extremely pleased very friendly. Mr. William Thiel & his son Triston came out to look at and get my A/C up & running again as it had went out late Saturday night. They were trying to get job done before another burst of rain came though. They worked outside in the rain for a little bit while it was coming down even. I called Thiel Service yesterday after hours because My Mom air conditioner unit went out and due to her health issues. Mr. William Thiel came out and accessed the issue. It turned out we needed a motor. He came back first thing the next morning and fixed the issue. He was very thorough and professional, letting us know what the issue was, explaining the issue and getting it repaired in ample amount of time.
