The fantastic reviews from previous people were spot on. Thunder storm during the night affected the a/c contactor and capacitor. We called and in an hour and 15 minutes they were here and done/fixed within 15 minutes. No exaggeration. Tristan and William ( I believe those were their names) were awesome. Fast, friendly and very knowledgeable. We chose them because of other 5 star reviews and they nailed it. Highly recommend them!

I want to give a huge thank you to William T Thiel and Melinda Thiel with Thiel Heating and Cooling - Macon GA AC Repair!! My mama and daddy’s TRANE ac unit went out today. I messaged them and they had them taken care of super quick! Melinda was as sweet as could be and Trey was great with my daddy and got them all taken care and cooled off quickly. I appreciate them so much. And feel relieved that they aren’t dealing with this heat anymore. I will recommend this company to anyone with hvac needs!!

These guys are great. they actually came out on a Sunday and got my AC going. It was over 100 degrees so it was an emergency. They gave me a great price and had great customer service which is hard to find these days. Thank you so much guys. I highly recommend them.

No matter what the problem is, Trey always saves the day! He is definitely #1 when it comes to heating and cooling! Top notch service every time!
