Jeff (Thiel Construction) did a great job remodeling the kitchen and two bathrooms at my parents home. His estimate was very reasonable and transparent, which allowed us to stay within our budget. He provided great suggestions and insight throughout the process. He was also very patient with us during our decision making process . Thiel construction just remodeled my moms two bathrooms between 8/2024-11/24. If you are fortunate enough to get Thiel Construction you will not be disappointed. He provided a detailed line estimate of all the major tasks. For any changes you could tell whether they were on the estimate or not and whether a change order was warranted. He did timely and quality work and provided recommendations to improve the look. He is a one man show and did all the minor electrical, plumbing, tile and sheetrock work.
