Dr Thie and her entire staff are so lovely!! They make you feel so comfortable. They all provide the best customer service, which is hard to come by. Her dentistry work is always done to perfection and she has me laughing the entire time. I wish i could give them more stars! I was a patient of Dr Thie for years and used to feel welcome and confident in the care I received. There has been a shift and the helpful caring team approach is now missing from those at the top which has resulted in inconsistent & untrustworthy care - I felt like nothing more than an inconvenience.
