This review is regarding Thinkstun Glass also called Stirling Glass in Bloomington, IN. The quality of their craftmanship was top notch. However, dealing with their office organization was a difficult experience. Over the course of 6 weeks I tried to work with this company. I placed 2 orders with them. In both cases the office was supposed to call me to give an estimate. After a week I finally called them. They then placed the order, which would take 10 days. On both occasions the orders were lost.
