Just a god awful first impression. Clearly was not welcomed there.
I've never been so poorly treated by people that I was willing to pay thousands of dollars to treat me, the attendant, Jennifer treated me so badly that any question I asked made me feel horrible that I was even there. I've learned from personal experience that anyone that would treat you that way you should leave through the nearest exit because they will make things up. I recently had an incredibly disappointing experience at Thibodaux Regional Sleep Disorders Center. Firstly, getting a consult scheduled was a nightmare as they only offer consults on Tuesdays, making it extremely difficult to find a convenient time. After finally securing an appointment, I arrived promptly for my 2:15 slot only to be kept waiting for nearly an hour. An all around very pleasant experience. The staff were polite, professional & knowledgeable. Dr. Steuben, the pulmonologist who read the report, was very giving of his time & with information. Could not have asked for better medical care ... pretty text book!
