Dr Frey is very thorough and knowledgeable. He referred me to the dietitian which was very helpful. His staff is very kind. I’m so pleased I was referred to manage my Type II diabetes!!!!
What a huge scam. Had blood work drawn less than 24 hours I get called with my results, and they're unbelievably good. Like 9x better than any in the last three years. I'm taken back and ask how did you get them so fast? Nurse said they're done in house. I ask to see a copy. The copy I get says testing was done in Texas. I call the lab she verified they don't do in house hormone testing, and no one will return my call. Pretty sure they mixed up my blood. This is a very serious thing to happen.
Dr. Frey’s practice is very unorganized. On two different occasions, i was scheduled for labs through their office but not with the hospital where labs are done. Recently, I was told that even though I have an appointment in 3 weeks, they cannot refill my prescription to regulate my thyroid levels until the appointment. This would leave me with no medication unless my family doctor would agree to fill it (my gynecologist will not even treat me for my thyroid issue because it is complex). Dr Frey is the best doctor I have ever come across! He is knowledgeable, concerned, through. Dr.Frey always concentrates on what I have to say, he answered all my questions and suggests ways to make my treatment more tolerable. He wants to help his patients in every way that he possibly can. Dr Frey is always up beat and encouraging and positive. I find myself feeling happy after seeing him! And on top of all this he is humble! I have recommended him to all my family, all my friends, and everyone else that will listen!
