Still waiting for our closing punch list items to be completed after a full calendar year has passed. Imagine seeing this dirt and ants at your closing walkthrough... being assured the situation would be taken care of, then a year later being told "we don't deal with insects". Now more issues are cropping up, most recently basement water damage (similar to another review) and we'll have to wait until next week for someone to determine the cause and potential solution.
