Very very professional in approach and very welcoming. I didn’t make an appointment earlier & just drove in due to low tyre pressure warning on my car. They are happy to accommodate me & examined by vehicle almost immediately. The best was not about taking any payment for such a detailed examination but for the assurance they gave to the customer— “hey guys, there is a group of good people who will take care of of your vehicle & they are very good at that”. We came to this shop to get all four tyres replaced before heading up North. The tyre change was done quickly, which we appreciated. However, I had a noise coming from one of the wheels beforehand, and they weren’t able to identify the cause. Took it to another garage afterward, and they found a rock trapped in there within a minute.
Great experience, got me in late in the afternoon and had new tyres on my car within an hour. Great service and overall experience.
Big shout out to these guys today, very friendly and professional not to mention efficient service, repairing my daughters tyre in 20 minutes , putting it back on the car and saving her over $200 when previously told it could not be repaired, you guys are amazing, thank you so much
Just like to say thanks to the THG Team new to town and they helped me out with a set of tyres for my Holden Cross8 and also helped us out in a real pinch over the New Years period when I needed a strange tyre size - helped us track the tyres down , on the phone to supplier working back and forth working out how we could pick them up and then fitted them at short notice on the Saturday - nothing was to hard Legends, looking forward to coming back when I need some more tyres for our second vehicle. Keep it local!
