I’ve been going there for many years. I have the same doctor for 10 years then she left. I have a new primary doctor which is working out fine. I never have much of a waiting time. The staff is always nice but right now they’re a bit shorthanded hopefully they will get more help soon.
I do not have a problem with the clinic itself BUT there are some people here who could use better training or a reminder of how to treat patients (Dr. Bonnie Lohrbach). My children has gone to the pediatric part for maybe 14 years and I've been to the adult section on and off for the same amount of time. My experience has been pretty okay for the most part but there came a time where it wasn't. This is a great family doctor facility as well as speciality doctors also , they have plenty of parking as well as a large waiting area , an also can do blood work there , scheduling is very easy an convenient upon leaving appointments
If I could give this place no stars I would. My mom has been going here for years. And a few weeks ago, they were very nasty to her Bonnie lohbach is the worst DOCTOR THERE REFUSED TO !! Write her a prescription for her high blood pressure medication and front desk or whoever was in customers service was very nasty It’s a shame how she had to sit on the phone all day until the next day to get immediate help.
