Tgh they take care of there's patience i have going to TGH for 40 years or more.
I wish I could respond to some of these patients and relatives of patients who leave some of these reviews. My mother has been a patient here for ten + yrs, and they have always treated her with care and kindness. It would be unfair to base one interaction with one staff member who maybe made a mistake that day, or wasn't having an amazing day, on an entire team of staff, nurses and doctors. These people DO NOT CARE about their patients. I work in healthcare. I see urgent care more than my own primary doctor they never have appointments. My primary care left the practice and they won’t refill my meds or assist me with anything even though they are still responsible for my care while I establish with a new doctor in their office in which they had to schedule me months away but can’t refill my meds even though I saw my doctor before she left within the past year.
