My car had a squeeking sound coming from the engine area and RAC attended to my car on the roadside. He then filled out a card about the squeeky noise and referred me to Theyer Auto. These guys replaced a working alternator(they didn’t even diagnose the car to see where the problem was)and said that was the problem. I paid $500.The next morning my car was still making the same noise and when I rang them they were so rude.They said they replaced the alternator as requested. We were unfortunately very disappointed. We brought our broken car to the workshop. With a smile on his face, the man at the front desk told us that the repair would cost about 6 thousand dollars. When we asked him what was wrong with the engine, we were told that it could be anything. However, when we spoke to a mechanic, he was able to tell us exactly what was wrong with the engine.
