I was told the facial would be 1 hour and 30 minutes, but it was cut short at just 1 hour. I was then informed that the extraction couldn't be finished in one session? ? This is completely unacceptable. Why wasn't this made clear before we started? To make matters worse, the treatment was followed by a pushy sales pitch for expensive facials and follow-up sessions. It felt less like genuine care and more like a transaction from the moment the service ended.
