horrible company. drivers always late. left my grandmother outside in the rain & snow 4 times. Wont apologize or correct actions. Just repeat them.

My husband and I had a transport issue; which was corrected. The owner reached out with a personal visit to follow up. That spoke volumes of integrity and values.

Jessie was a great driver for us this morning. She was professional, patient, and fun. Transporting a wheel chair person is a lot of work, but she made quick and cheerful work of it. Made us want to request her next time we need a ride.

Kept me waiting hours on two occasions and didn’t even apologize. On one trip the driver was preoccupied with getting food out of her backpack and practically rear ended the car in front, slamming on the brakes throwing me forward and scaring the—— out of me. She did admit that she had booked 3 other transports between dropping me off and picking me up. This company needs to clean up its act and make service as important as making a dollar

My 84 year old mother had to wait 2 hours the first time to be transferred from the hospital and an hour and a half the second time. They are abusing the elderly to make a buck. They are disgraceful.
