Orthodontist is nice but really should consider hiring kinder and more professional staff. I went in for a regular tightening and after arriving I was brought to the back to be seated. Before starting my appointment I was asked a series of questions (how my teeth are doing?, if I'm having any pain?; questions of that sort) when she reached her last question she asked if I had any broken brackets I said "yes one on my lower right side" as soon as I answered her, I noticed her demeanor completely changed. We love Dr.Theurer and his team! My daughter is actually excited about getting braces on and seeing all the nice people again. They make her feel comfortable and wanting go back! 🥰🥰🥰
Nothing but amazing things for Dr Theurer! We had such a terrible experience with the first Orthodonist my kids had for the first part of their treatment, and I’m so thankful we were referred here by a friend. I’ll always recommend him and his staff to anyone!
