We received excellent service from the very first contact, through scheduling, and during my dog’s appointment. I highly recommend this clinic and will definitely return when needed. I felt truly welcomed, and my dog received wonderful care and treatment
We've used Thetis Heights for quite a number of years and have always been happy with the care our kitties have gotten. Today was one of those days that no one wants to encounter because we had to say good bye to our aged, kitty who was at the end of his journey. We recently switched over to Thetis from our previous vet at Elk Lake and so far everybody here has been fantastic. Dr. Rolfe has taken extremely good care of our senior doggo, and takes the time to make sure that his humans are well taken care of and informed as well.
Our bird (Eddie, green cheek conure) had an accident on Dec 28 and his regular vet at McKenzie was away on vacation. After calling around to half a dozen other vet clinics, Thetic Heights told us that Dr. Rolfe treated birds and they booked us in to see him just 45 minutes later. Dr. Rolfe was wonderful, very kind and knowledgeable and gave Eddie a thorough examination.
