Dr. Rolfe is an awesome vet. He is knowledgeable, informative, thorough, and kind. His passion for his patients and work is evident. The first time I took my budgie to see him I left feeling more confident as a bird owner - and I’ve had her for years. I love that he explains the science behind my bird, her symptoms and behaviours. I’ve never had a vet provide such in depth information and care for any of my animals. Highly recommend Dr. Rolfe as a vet!
Excellent clinic! Set an appointment for my kittens; Sushi and Nori. Booking an appointment was effortless. Received an email/SMS reminder/confirmation of my appointment time. The staff was friendly and the check in process was easy. Dr. Parisi was careful and had my kittens purring for the duration of the exam.
I have been taking my cat to this clinic for 4 years and am insanely impressed. The doctors at this clinic are absolutely incredible and have been very knowledgeable. My cat has urinary problems and I have respect for all the hard work put into my cat’s care. She has never been healthier and is as spunky as ever. I cannot thank Dr. Rolfe and Dr. Parisi enough they are amazing!
Felt like we got a run around just for our money here for a few months. They did not help solve a single one our pet issues. We left feeling upset every single time. They even charged us money for a 15 minute pointless phone call that gave us no information. My husband and I eventually took our animals to a different vet and stuck with the new clinic after feeling stressed for our animal that wasn’t getting the help he deserved. We would not recommend this vet if you’re concerned about your dog/cats immediate wellbeing.
This review is specifically to urge reptile owners to be cautious when choosing Thetis Heights as their care clinic. While I recognize that Dr. Rolfe primarily treats cats, dogs, and birds, I felt the need to share my experience with my senior corn snake, which was deeply disappointing. When my snake fell ill, I was grateful that Dr. Rolfe had availability to see us quickly.
