the worst product and customer service i have experienced in my 60+ years of life. The refrigerator is garbage, yet the company will not honor the 3 year warranty after it died in only 6 months. $1000s of food thrown out. Parts are no longer available for repair and they wont honor the warranty. The customer support is nonexistent. Their only response is we can't help you.
I have tried calling Thetford customer service for 2 days, several times each day. Regardless of when I call, I'm always "#16 in the cue". After about 10-15 minutes of holding, the system states "you have requested a call back" (which I didn't), but I agree to it. So far, I've gotten one callback, and there was no one on the line at their end. Extremely frustrating when you cannot get in touch with anyone. If I had a choice, I would never have one of their products again.
