Received a gift of several floats (over $200 gift) in mid 2023. Tried using it in early 2024, where supposedly there is a year expiration date on all gifts (per theta's own policy as stated in the email I received from them). Couldn't get them to answer the phone, no returned calls, and they're only open by appointment, and they were closed/locked up any time I tried visiting during the day to get some form of contact. Beautiful place, Amazing staff. Amber knows what she is talking about and helps put any concerns to ease very quickly. I wish I would’ve known this place existed sometime ago, but I’m glad to know now.
My husband I did the fire and ice package! It was delightful!! I would highly recommend this to anyone. The building was adorable and the staff very friendly!!
I was not expecting the experience I had with Jen. She takes it to a whole new level. It’s not just a massage, it’s a holistic healing therapy session. I didn’t just feel good in my body after but my mind and soul as well. My wife recommend doing this and at first I was skeptical, now I’m trying to figure out how I can do this at least once a month.
