Today was my 2nd 90 min float & I'm officially hooked! The 1st time was kinda weird bc it's nothing like I've ever done before and wasn't sure if it was for me. But the following day I woke up feeling so much more calm, positive and in less pain. So I decided to try again...Best.Decision.Ever. 😁 Since I knew what to expect this time, I was able to fully relax much quicker and the time flew by! I’ve been a member for a while and have loved this place from the start. The services offered allowed me to expand my wellness journey as I was learning the many benefits at my own pace. I genuinely look forward to every appointment knowing I can relax and rejuvenate in holistic ways. I’ve tried most services, but the sauna and red light is my favorite combo. Received a gift of several floats (over $200 gift) in mid 2023. Tried using it in early 2024, where supposedly there is a year expiration date on all gifts (per theta's own policy as stated in the email I received from them). Couldn't get them to answer the phone, no returned calls, and they're only open by appointment, and they were closed/locked up any time I tried visiting during the day to get some form of contact.
