Received a gift of several floats (over $200 gift) in mid 2023. Tried using it in early 2024, where supposedly there is a year expiration date on all gifts (per theta's own policy as stated in the email I received from them). Couldn't get them to answer the phone, no returned calls, and they're only open by appointment, and they were closed/locked up any time I tried visiting during the day to get some form of contact.
