They made me feel so comfortable and I was sceptical at first but the hypnotherapist explained to me that this was not stage hypnosis but therapeutic. Thank you for your help.
I was made to feel very comfortable and relaxed. I was asked what I was looking to work on, change and/or improve upon. In today's microwave or quicker society I understand that hypnotherapy is not an instant fix but, I quickly felt a sense of calm. Local and accessible, this has been a very good and enlightening experience for me.
