Anna was SO amazing! She is very kind and has the most radiant energy. I felt so relaxed and calm. She uses sound baths and aroma therapy during the massage which I really loved. I had an amazing experience and highly recommend!

Anna is the BEST! As a newbie to massages she was thorough, respectful, and the massage was phenomenal. The experience overall was not comparable to any other massage I have experienced. The environment is relaxing and comfortable and I can’t wait to go back!

I have had both a fascia treatment and therapeutic massage with Anna at Theta Bodywork and it was a really positive experience. She has a gentle, intuitive approach and clearly knows what she’s doing. I appreciated how she took the time to listen and work with what my body needed that day. You can tell she genuinely cares and brings a thoughtful presence to her work. I left feeling noticeably better—both physically and mentally. Highly recommend.

Highly recommend Anna for the most relaxing massage you'll ever have. She is very skilled in her craft and makes excellent recommendations during your session based on what your body needs. I always feel rejuvenated after a massage here.
