Very nice building on the outside and inside. Only thing is the long wait for apartment fixes for about a year now the kitchen sink has been off since the super came and tried to fix it and still have black tape over my front tub wall which was paused for about a year . Also some cracks on my walls that need replacement. Maybe the company they are working with needs to be replaced.
