My experience brought me to the reviews to see if anyone else had the same issues with the THesis. Clearly looks like there’s a bigger issue with management. The hotel staff here were some of the most unfriendly I’ve ever encountered at a Hilton. There was zero sense of hospitality from almost everyone - front desk, valet, restaurant employees, cleaners, etc. Even the general manager had an air of entitlement which makes sense why his staff is some of the worst in the industry. We recently stayed here for day use. Our flight arrived early morning and our cruise boarding time wasn't until 2:30 in the afternoon. We flew all night and we were so tired. This hotel let's you rent for a few hours during the day and it was SO nice to be able to have a nice place to get a little sleep. It was quiet, the beds were really comfy, the hotel is very beautiful and very clean. We highly recommend it.
Had an excellent stay at this hotel. We were in Miami to watch our daughter play volleyball against the U and it was a short walk to the arena from the hotel. The Collab restaurant was excellent and the rooftop bar was a fun atmosphere. We had an early flight out and my vehicle was waiting for me outside the lobby. Courteous and friendly staff.
This was my second stay at Thesis Hotel in Coral Gables, and it was just as amazing as the first time! The atmosphere is modern, stylish, and welcoming, and you really feel at home the moment you walk in. The rooms are beautifully designed, very comfortable, and spotless — perfect for relaxing after exploring Miami.
