This is not a 4 star hotel by any means. The front desk and restaurant DO NOT answer their phones. I had to call about 6 times. No fridge in the room, and available upon request. Front desk staff, "Nikki" put the wrong request in and a maintaince guy shows up just as confused as me. He did not speak the slightest amount of English. He nor I could understand what was going on. Hotel has gone down hill. At the price point you expect better than bare bones value hotel. The girls at check in were, I was go so far as to say, unfriendly. Short, curt with me and not helpful. I even tried to be friendly and engage and got nothing back. On top, some of the perks that came with the higher price point all gone. No complimentary champagne or cocktail, $20 food credit but given the price of a single cocktail is $20, it doesn’t go far at all.
