Cat is super professional. Always on time and ready with gentle and thorough hands. First time client and booked a silk press and haircut at 10:45am with Catherine via booksy. She sent me a text at 10:14am asking if I can come at 11 instead and didn’t show up until 11:15 wearing just her underpants, dirty sneakers, a dirty long sleeve shirt and smelled like she hadn’t showered in days.
