Kat is an amazing massage therapy practitioner! She has been integral in my recovery from multiple surgeries on an arm I broke in 2020. She has also helped me to better manage the symptoms of chronic illness and increased my overall health and Vitality. She's incredible and iI've been so grateful for her help and expertise on my wellness journey.
Kat is AMAZING! I was a knotted mess when I got there and after my session I had relief Finally!! my stress that I hold in my neck and shoulders was causing migraines! I tried cupping for my first time and it was very effective! Thank you miss Kat!!
She is so skilled in massage but also we do some energy work when I come in as well. She is a gift to the this earth. 💕
