Mo has no conscience. He took my deposit of half the job and we never saw him again. Angie’s List has fought for me to get my money back. He told them he would refund our money, but never did. He is now unresponsive to them and has done the same thing to two other clients. Now he is getting bolder though and asking for the full amount up front.
