I have used Therwood for everything HVAC related for years, and recently needed a last minute service call. Therwood was able to accommodate and rectify the issue in a timely manner. Matt, the service tech, did a fantastic job diagnosing the problem and providing helpful insight regarding the fix. We have used Therwood Heating and Cooling to do maintence on our furnace/fireplace and also called them for emergency service to check for a leak. They were there within an half hour.
