Scott has been great in every interaction I've had with him. I had a large scratch across several sections of my car. The quote from Therrell's beat the dealer by a decent margin and I felt comfortable choosing them due to my positive experiences talking with Scott. They did excellent work on the repair and the car looks good as new. Scott is AMAZING!!! Story time: During that really bad Ice storm, a car was driving in front of me on the highway when something flew off of it and smashed the brand-new grille on my brand-new car. I was devastated. I tried to ignore it, but every time I looked at my car, all I could see was the damage. I originally went to Mazda, and they quoted me $1,300 to replace it. In highly recommend Therrell’s Body Shop. I damaged my side mirror and the dealership was going to charge me $1,800 to repair it. I came here and Randy was super helpful. He found a used side mirror for me under $600. I truly respect businesses that are out to help people rather than take advantage of them. They are very thorough, honest and did a great job.
