I received a good price for my system, and they installed it as agreed. As with any technology, there can be technical problems. What is important is that the provider can support you when there are issues. As of early 2024, no one answers the phone at this company, returns voicemail messages, and rarely responds to email. Their lead sales person is responsive but service is not this person's responsibility. I have used Therrell Alarm both for my home system and to install an upgraded security system for our church. The later was an extensive project involving multiple phases. Throughout, they were knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. I highly recommend them.
