Hired Greg and his team to install a furnace into a basement suite we were constructing. Over the course of the project, I was very accommodating to Greg schedule allowing him to work around the other projects he had on the go. Throughout each stage of completion, I paid Greg immediately never withholding funds. Kind and knowledgeable service, and same day availability (that I didn’t end up needing, thank you!). I made the call for support with my hot water tank which was no longer working and the person I spoke to took the time to discuss the type of tank I had as well as the error code I saw on the tank, all with the intention to help me troubleshoot and save me the cost of a service call. It worked, I have hot water again and saved some cash!
