Ordered a Red Satin Ball Gown it fitted perfectly.....
Stay clear of this place. They shipped the dress without any paperwork as to where to return it. Had to call California and then will only give in-store credit. So being as it doesn't fit I guess I will now have to spend all my dress money on some purse or jewelry from their site. I would not order again as the quality of the dress wasn't that great. Plus the return policy stinks.
You are a horrible company. I am actually giving one star, only because it wouldn't let me give 0 because the dress was never received or money back, what a scam!!! I had my bridesmaid order her dress December 2013. It was told it could arrive by jan 25 2014. Then they emailed saying shipping error on their part do you still want the dress? She promptly replied yes, and they claimed they shipped it again....it never came. Purchased a prom dress last year and my daughter loved it. It did take some time to get it as they had to get stock from the designer (they had to check w/designer to make sure they had it in stock, then designer has to get it to Rose Dress before it shipped to me). I was thrilled to get this dress much cheaper than one I found in a local store....unfortunately the dress my dd likes this year cannot be found on their site. I have just ordered a dress from you and i have had the worst service inmy life and i will never order another dress from your site and i am still waiting for my dress that i ordered one month ago . I will be sure to tell all of my friends to order froma better site for their prom dress instead of making the mistake that i have made.
