Going with Hotdisk. These guys don't return a call. They are simply a middleman with an answering service.

Thermtest has been a great company to work with. We come from an environmental testing background but they have been able to bridge our knowledge gaps with the Hot Disc and Heat Flow Meter and gave us a very detailed training session on using the Hot Disc. They have also checked our calibration samples in a timely manner and helped us when the Heat Flow Meter needed maintenance.

There was a lot of problems during the import process (i.e. from Canada to Chile). However, the Thermtest team did a great job for solving any issue related to such topic. In addition, the equipment (i.e. TPS1500) was received but we realized that some sensors were wrong. Thermtest sent so fast another one for replacing. My truly congratulations to all the thermtest team. In particular to Mr. Dale and Ms. Alysha. We keep on touch
