I called Thermotech after having too many bad experiences with the York installing dealer( installed in Oct 2020, replaced compressor 2021, had to recharge in 2022 and 2023 and charged diagnostics each time when it was their fault). When he did diagnostics he discovered the air conditioner was leaking at the braised joint where the previous dealer had replaced the compressor. I have used Thermotech Heating & Cooling more than once - in a good way hahah. With service calls they have come out very quickly - including the owner himself! And have also recently replaced my Air-conditioning unit with them and have been beyond happy with the service. Not to play the sexism card - but as a woman I normally get the run around from repair and service men trying to pull a fast one on me thinking I wouldn't know what they are talking about.
