Great servicemen! My AC wasn't coming on they came out after hours and walked me through the assessment and explained everything in a way I could understand. Once we realized my 15yr old unit was toast, they worked with me to get a new one installed asap. Very friendly, very humble, and very professional. Great experience with this company. They gave me a great price on a new ac system for my house, compared to bigger companies in the Knoxville area. Was also prompt on coming over and getting it installed. Did not leave until the work was finished correctly and I was happy. Would definitely recommend them

I called TH&C on a Saturday with a heating emergency and Matt came out that same afternoon and got our heat going. We had problems with our unit that were created by the company that installed our unit - not even a year old! Matt gave me all the details about what the problem was and how to fix it. He came back a few days later with his crew and had our unit repaired. Very courteous and professional and I would definately recommend them for any HVAC needs.
