Matt and his team are amazing! Extremely professional and meticulous in their work. Matt is fast at addressing issues and accommodating when it comes to scheduling, even going as far as making weekend visits. His installation techniques and HVAC knowledge are something to be proud of! Best in LaFollette! Matt has faith in his units, and I have faith in Matt.

Scheduling was very simple and the person organizing dispatch was courteous. The technician was professional in appearance and behavior. Initially we had scheduled for an annual maintenance which was quoted at $199 but as it turned out we were having problems with our evaporator coil freezing so that was reduced to a diagnostic service call for only $80; that was my mistake for scheduling it as an annual checkup as opposed to a service call so I don't know that the tech was prepared to do cleaning and/or repairs. These guys are professional, and truly do everything to provide the best service. Very knowledgeable and not afraid to spread that knowledge with you. Matt is an excellent guy and I look forward to having more work done soon!

Thermostat Heating and Cooling were awesome to work with. Did exactly what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it. Highly recommend them for any HVAC needs.
