So our heat pump upstairs decided it was time to leave us, rip you have been a good system. After having about six companies come out and check the system along with getting quotes we decided on ThermoSTAT. They offered such a great price that we decided to do the other gas system as its near its life expectancy. Our HVAC system decided to stop working on Saturday afternoon during a winter storm. I called ThermoSTAT from an Google search for emergency repairmen in the area and they answered on the first ring. Not only did Matt make a service call to our home on a Sunday, but he also traveled to us in mildly hazardous road conditions so we would have heat in our home.He was professional and worked quickly and efficiently. Great service at a great price when they replaced my furnace.
Matt and his team are the BEST! We had our heating and cooling system replaced before it died, because it was quite old, and we didn’t want to get caught in the extreme heat or cold. We were planning on getting several estimates, but after meeting Matt, we didn’t have even bother.
