Not the most honest company, installed a a faulty thermostat or installed it wrong 1 of the two, offered future "credit" as a solution and just never honoured his word. We had to find somone else to install new thermostat because it needed to be done immediately. But when I rang to use "credit" there was a over two month wait for availability to use our "credit" anyway that's fine
