I’m a custom home builder / engineer for last 20 yrs and found this product as it is quite often I receive the request for heater floors. Fourth variety of floor heating systems over the years. Thermosoft’s system, hands down, is the best in the industry and their support staff is amazing. Won’t buy any other system again after using this product. Spectacular. We installed the snow melt pads for a client in 2023, so they can go to the hot tub in the winter, and not worry about snow. Last winter they went to use them, and they were not coming on automatically, the way they're supposed to. I contacted Thermosoft and set up a Zoom call with tech support and met onsite with our electrician, and tested somethings and adjusted some settings.
