We installed the snow melt pads for a client in 2023, so they can go to the hot tub in the winter, and not worry about snow. Last winter they went to use them, and they were not coming on automatically, the way they're supposed to. I contacted Thermosoft and set up a Zoom call with tech support and met onsite with our electrician, and tested somethings and adjusted some settings. Unfortunately have had a lot of difficulties with install and technical support. They do not have 7 day a week technical support nor does their technical support run until 10pm as advertised. Spent a considerable amount for the heated floors and seems as though I just wasted a bunch of money. Was very much looking forward to these heated floors but have been very disappointed by the lack of customer service to help address the issue.
This company is distinguished by integrity, fairness, reliability and extremely high quality of its products. Once you try them, you will never switch to anything else. I highly recommend such kind of people to deal with. Thank you TermoSoft!.
Mitch was the best part of our creation of a master bathroom in my barn, which is attached to my home. I had a GC but preferred to do the heat pads myself since my GC said he knew of no company who made heat pads for radiant heat under a nail down wood floor. We found Thermosoft.com, and Mitch. Mitch is SO helpful! This product line is new in our market, but was called out specifically in the design phase of my project. Unfortunately, the exact components were not clearly specified by the designers, so I reached out to Mitch to ask for not only submittal documentation, but some guidance on what is truly required to make the system work best in our application.
