I called Carlos, from Thermosense Systems to inspect my mother's furnace. He found a carbon monoxide leak and told us that the furnace needed a new heat exchanger. He explained to us our options. We decided to install a new furnace. He was able to find the right furnace size for us and to fit us in his hectic work schedule. Extremely reliable. Showed up and completed job as discussed. Came back to follow up to ensure everything was running as required. Rates were reasonable. Highly recommend. Also installed new humidifier.

Carlos was fantastic to work with! He redid all of the ductwork at my property for a duplex conversion including moving the furnace & replacing the duct with shorter ones so that we could maximize the ceiling height in the basement. He was very accommodating and worked well with the other trades and an overall Pleasure to work with. I will certainly be working with him again and highly recommend him!

I pay for a maintenance plan with reliance and I’ve had a problem since October with my water tank and air handler. I’ve called them more than 8 times over the past few months to come and fix it and they’re not able to. None of their techs spent more than 5 minutes at my place and none of them did any diagnostic work; at the end they started telling me that I need to buy a new air handler which averages around $4,000.
