Paid for next day air 12 days ago and have not received the product. Called customer service 4 times and the number does not work - voice prompts don't work and line disconnects. E mailed asking for a refund and was told I would receive one but I have not.

I just had to buy only my second Thermos stainless 24 oz coffee container in eight years! Each one lasted a little over 4 years. Great!
I bought a Thermos coffee tumbler.It lasted about three months before the chrome came off the inside revealing rusty metal.I bought another thinking it was an anomaly.Wrong The next one did the same thing. They both last about three months,that’s it.I would try another brand.Maybe I will spring for a Yeti.
