My tech from ThermoReact was respectful, knowledgeable, and very professional. He explained what needed to be done, and gave me many options. He serviced my water heater and check for gas leaks for free. The work was done quickly and well. And when I couldn’t quite afford something that came up in the inspection, they worked with me on the price. They went above and beyond. Will use them again. And recommend them with true confidence.

My technician from ThermoReact was great! Showed up on time and checked over on my ac unit. Gave me my options for repairing it. I have air conditioning in my house again and am a very satisfied customer.

They do nothing but RIP people off. They come up with cunning plans to stay on for a job of few minutes to turn into hours so that they leave you at their mercy so that you are left with no choice but to pay them 100s of ££s for a job that takes a few 10s. I will stay well away from them.
