Mid August we had a very knowledgable guy (Corrin Fairbrother) come over and measure and quote replacing all the windows and doors in our house. He knew his work inside and out and I was very impressed. Now to where things turned sideways… we are now over a month since his visit and no quote has been sent. I spoke with Corrin and he said the quote was complete and all the information had been passed on to be sent to me. I was directed to Thermoproof quite by chance on a different matter, saw their beautiful products, and have now replaced eight of our old and faulty windows with their excellent triple-pane windows. I cannot speak highly enough of these people, from reception through to installation, and thoroughly recommend Thermoproof to anyone in need of their excellent products.
Terrible service from the beginning. Delayed delivery of the product for 3 months and highly disappointed with the quality of the product and staff response. Product delivered was not packaged properly. Granted the measurement was a bit off from our end but Todd the sales manager was quite rude and Treated disrespectfully. Nothing was done to resolve their issues with service delivery.
