Mid August we had a very knowledgable guy (Corrin Fairbrother) come over and measure and quote replacing all the windows and doors in our house. He knew his work inside and out and I was very impressed. Now to where things turned sideways… we are now over a month since his visit and no quote has been sent. I was directed to Thermoproof quite by chance on a different matter, saw their beautiful products, and have now replaced eight of our old and faulty windows with their excellent triple-pane windows.
