I have purchased several Thermomix machines from Lucy over the years and she is great. The original consultation and training was quick and easy but also highly professional. Lucy was quick to answer any questions in the early days and has always responded when I needed support or an upgrade. The machine itself is amazing and reinvigorated my love for cooking. Lucy and Thermomix are both highly recommended.
