Could not have had a better experience in buying book— as lm 77 and have no idea about downloading etc Jeanette was on the phone talking me through! The recipe are wonderful Yoghurt magnificent Greek uth with uth pouring cream—- gf pastry unbelievable and date cake—-you can’t get any better——- can’t wait to try the others ! Jeanette is an absolute delight to deal with. She is very knowledgeable, a great teacher, professional, generous, has a great sense of humour, and is very customer focused. I purchased my first Thermomix from her in 2012, and purchased from Jeanette again when I upgraded in 2020. Jeanette’s follow up service post purchase is exceptional. Highly recommend.
Amazing Consultant helped me with my TM31 and then the TM5 when I become a fellow consultant. She has supported so many customers and made each and every one of them feel a sense of belonging. She is amazing.
