Could not have been happier to choose the best bed bug exterminator in the GTA. Their heat treatment was super effective, and it has been a couple months with no issues what so ever. Its such a relief to sleep peacefully. Super grateful for the people at thermokill!
We were getting bitten and couldn’t find any bedbugs for the longest time, until Sam came out for an inspection. He pinpointed the problem and offered us different treatments. We chose the heat treatment, we were so. sick of dealing with these bugs for so long. It’s been couple months after the treatment and no issues! I’m very happy with the outcome of the job. They are a big scam. The manager Sam tries to pressure you into paying for their overpriced services with fear tactics designed to take advantage of vulnerable people distressed about a possible infestation. When they actually come for the treatment, there is unprofessional behaviour and poor communication throughout. They also accidentally left two boxes of my stuff on the balcony untreated.
