Lilly's service was Outstanding. I was annoyed when the electrician arrived to install 2 Heated towel vertical rails, to discover a wall fixing plate for one rail was missing. I called Thermogroup and instantly felt better when Lilly answered the phone quickly and told me she could assist me. Exceptional service should be recognised and what better way than here? Great service from Tammy in resolving an issue I had when the electrician lost a part which was required to complete the installation.
