Great product, I have installed ladder and vertical towel warmers through all 5 bathrooms in the house and its so nice to come to a warm dry towel. Even in QLD its a huge value add to the home.
I recently had one of my Thermorail heated towel rails develop a fault. After contacting Thermogroup, they responded promptly, honoured the warranty without any hassle, supplied a replacement unit, and even arranged for an electrician to install it. The whole process was straightforward and professional, and I really appreciated how they took responsibility for the issue rather than making it difficult.
