So impressed with Thermogroup’s follow through and back up of their product. In our case it was underscreed floor heating, installed in 2016. I thought they’d ignore my email, being so long ago that it was installed but Tammy took ownership, going way beyond the norm and expectation in trying to ensure the problem was solved. Because of that I plan to use their product throughout my upcoming build.
we have a heated towel rail that stopped working after six years. Thermogroup said no worry's, we'll send you out a new one. swapped them over and it's beck to working perfectly. This is the best service I've seen from a large company any where. The new towel rail was at our house in two days.
I accidentally damaged the wire lead for my heated towel rail during installation and called customer service. Tammy was absolutely awesome and sent one out to me free of charge by express post. The towel is excellent but the support team is even better. Thanks guys.
