Exceptional service should be recognised and what better way than here? Great service from Tammy in resolving an issue I had when the electrician lost a part which was required to complete the installation. Looking forward to using the floor and towel rail especially during the coming winter months.
I had an amazing experience with Thermogroup’s customer service, thanks to Lilly! I had misplaced some parts during a move and called in to see if I could order replacements. Underfloor Heating: The good: Very effective, well priced, a bonus discovery - our floor tiles (bathroom) hold the heat for many hours after the "off" time reached. The frustration - my issue as I am not strong on understanding the instructions however contacted company direct (installer could not help) for assistance with the set up. Great Customer Care Team, in particular the Manager Tammy Donald who had the patience and understanding to talk me through the process of what was really a basic setup (same time on/off) over 7... read more
