Shawn and lorie answered the phone and helped me figure out what part I needed. I emailed pictures to them and they had the part in stock. Gave me a wonderful price I couldn’t believe it! Super happy with thermocore unit I have 2 mini splits and so glad to know they have a team of workers who have knowledge to troubleshoot any issue. Will def be continuing to shop with them. I’ve purchased dozens of split systems from Thermocore. Great prices, knowledgeable sales and tech support staff. Ask for Chris or Shawn if you can. They always take care of me.
