Excellent job. From our first enquiry Sam has kept us informed at every stage. We had two AC units installed today by Jordan and Dave. Their work is impeccable. They arrived promptly, explained everything, did a brilliant job and tidied up after themselves. We can't fault the workmanship and recommend them without question.

This is my second installation from Thermocool Solutions. We got 2 units fitted between lockdowns in our children's bedrooms and after struggling in the kitchen with the intense heat and south-facing aspect, we decided to look into getting one fitted in the kitchen. Sam in the office is extremely efficient and came up with good ideas. She quickly responded to all our emails and queries.
