I tried not to leave this review, but after almost 2 weeks I unfortunately have to. My AC stopped working on Sunday 8/17 and I called for service. Over the phone the technician said that since it's a weekend there would be a trip fee of $119 then their hourly service fee is $198. He then said if there is a part that is needed then there would be no service fee. So I agreed. Office staff and technician were polite, timely, courteous, clean, and informative.
