Dear Thermobec, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent service experience. In February, I had my thermopump cleaned by your technician. Shortly afterward, in March, a leak appeared from the indoor unit. I contacted Thermobec again, and your technician inspected the system, stating it was beyond repair, that parts could not be found due to age, and that replacement was the only option. Très satisfait excellent service. Les techniciens sont respectueux et très professionnels avec de grande connaissance . Philippe nous a bien conseillé il a une grande expérience. Nous avions plusieurs problèmes avec notre air climatisé.
