RecommendedThey installed six 6ft X 5ft arched top windows a job that other companies passed on and others were going to charge substantially more , the project turned out perfect!
Had windows installed December 2018. Large kitchen window was made incorrectly by Thermo-Twin and cannot be opened. I have called repeatedly since February 2019 and have gotten the runaround. “I’ll call you right back”, “I’ll call you tomorrow “, “no I haven’t forgotten about you”. I also have a window I can’t open because it’s too tight. I can not recommend based on product or treatment.
We have purchased twenty plus windows and doors from Thermo Twin. Their quality and installation have been superior. Just bought twenty more windows.
