Intalled windows in house several years ago. The salesman miscounted windows and one new window was missed. Had to order and pay for new window. After a year hardware began to corrode. Could not get get thermotwin to honor lifetime warranty. They told me it was my fault for having a humid home. After several more years, I was able to get a local themotwin to make some small repairs but when understanding the difficulty the repairman took off early and did not complete the rest of the repairs. Overall wonderful experience. Great communication and professional service. Can’t recommend enough!
I replaced all 13 windows in my house in 2003 and they still work and look great, no problems at all.
Extremely knowledgeable and efficient workers. East to work with and quick. Everyone I talked with was super respectful and very nice.
