A fraud. An unlicensed fraud. We needed this business to pull a permit after receiving a 3000 dollar fine from the city because Thermo tech did not pull the proper permits for the work. Not only did he make my family turn to a company to resolve the problem because he is unlicensed, he refused to contribute anything financially to fix the problem which is against the law. If you can’t stand by your work because you aren’t licensed to do it, don’t do it at all.
